Life's Uneven Path Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABB CCDD EEFF GGHH IIJK LLBB

In life the scales may tilt unfairA
While joy is yours grief fills the airA
One heart may sing another mournB
A day of laughter a night forlornB
-
Your longing eyes may seek the lightC
Yet some will turn avoid your sightC
You give with love they still withholdD
Kindness met with hearts grown coldD
-
You plead with hope but deaf they stayE
Blind to the trials you bear each dayE
Your struggles rise unseen ignoredF
Yet still you walk with faith restoredF
-
For storms may rage and shadows fallG
But courage lifts you through it allG
The world may wound with cruel disguiseH
Yet truth will shine and hope will riseH
-
Though some repay with scorn or hateI
Your gentle soul transcends their fateI
For kindness sown will bloom againJ
Beyond the reach of human painK
-
So walk with strength though roads are steepL
Your spirit s flame is yours to keepL
Life may be harsh its balance tornB
But brighter dawns are always bornB
