The Lame Bird Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCCCDEEFFGGHHIIJJ

Sitting on the wire she glooms and aloneA
Down forth all beckonB
Bits of bread are thereC
Pick up lest the other demands shareC
The lame bird flaps in the airC
Rolling down from her breast a white featherD
Pecking a bit with a senseE
The escorts saving by defenceE
A hunter hits like the lightning from the blueF
None finds out yet its clueF
Concreted blood splitting and dog's spittleG
Absence of delay makes her utmost brittleG
The barking dogs in the narrow cityH
Whose have with her no affinityH
All green leaves fall apart upon groundI
All is for love beyond of boundI
Odium Odium to the merciless beingsJ
The supreme creatures for whom so long she singsJ
