Biography of Tafsir Fofanah

Mohamed A Tafsir Fofanah is a Guinean born to Sierra Leonean parents. He is currently the founder and Chief Executive Director of African Poetry Society, National coordinator of One Deen (SL) Ltd a yearly Islamic Quiz and Debate Competition.
Tafsir is also former chairman at Bright Light Youth Empowerment where he became a strong youth and child advocate on sexual violence, teenage pregnancy, corruption, human right, poverty, education and good governance.
Tafsir is also a poet of one hundred and ten (110) poems. He is also a playwright and seven years experienced debater on the Oxford or American presidential debate, Karl Poper and the British Parliamentary Debate.
Tafsir Fofanah is former president of Services Senior Secondary School Juba Barracks Literary and Debating Society, Anti Violence and Integrity Club.
He is also brain of the Go School Movement Campaign (salone pekin 4 go skol) and active member of the PLO Lumumba Foundation
