Disappointment Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAABBA CDDEFF

The light has left the hill side YesterdayA
These skies shewed blue against the dusky treesB
The leaves' soft murmur in the evening breezeB
Was music and the waves danced in the bayA
Then was my heart as ever far awayA
With you and I could see you as one seesB
A mirrored face and happiness and easeB
And hope were mine in spite of long delayA
-
After these months of waiting this is allC
Hope dead lies coffined shrouded in despairD
With all the blessings of the outer airD
Forgot 'neath the black covering of a pallE
Only the darkening of the woodland waysF
A heart's low moaning over wasted daysF
