Noted Poet from India. Author of over eleven volumes of poetry in English and nine volumes of poetry in Hindi, besides books in literary criticism. He is the winner of the HP Sahitya Akademi Award. He lives at Shimla, where he works as Associate Professor of English at a College and edits Hyphen - a journal of creative and critical writing.
