The Storm. Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEFGHIFIJKLMK

There came a wind like a bugleA
It quivered through the grassB
And a green chill upon the heatC
So ominous did passB
We barred the windows and the doorsD
As from an emerald ghostE
The doom's electric moccasonF
That very instant passedG
On a strange mob of panting treesH
And fences fled awayI
And rivers where the houses ranF
The living looked that dayI
The bell within the steeple wildJ
The flying tidings whirledK
How much can comeL
And much can goM
And yet abide the worldK
