The great light cage has broken up in the airA
freeing I think about a million birdsB
whose wild ascending shadows will not be backC
and all the wires come falling downD
No cage no frightening birds the rainE
is brightening now The face is paleF
that tried the puzzle of their prisonG
and solved it with an unexpected kissH
whose freckled unsuspected hands alitI
