Grit Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDBAB

I hate the fellow who sits aroundA
And knocks the livelong dayB
Who tells of the work he might have doneC
If things had come his wayB
But I love the fellow who pushes aheadD
And smiles at his work or playB
You can wager when things do come aroundA
They will come his way and stayB
