Then all formality was dropped and everyone grew cheery | D |
When Mrs Rich the president called Mrs Bilkins 'dearie ' | - |

I can't describe the sweetness and the tenderness displayed | E |
No one remarked that Mrs Gray was once a lady's maid | E |
With arms around each other's waists they sat and planned things out | F |
And everyone was loving and no one wore a pout | F |

I listened to her story and a gentle smile I wore | G |
I 'd heard of women kissing and of loving ones before | G |
And I wondered as I heard her rave about the lovely meeting | H |
Just which of them will be the first to be accused of cheating | H |
