Rich Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEFE GHIHFJKJ LMNMOPLP

Who has a troop of romping youthA
About his parlour floorB
Who nightly hears a round of cheersC
When he is at the doorB
Who is attacked on every sideD
By eager little handsE
That reach to tug his grizzled mugF
The wealth of earth commandsE
-
Who knows the joys of girls and boysG
His lads and lassies tooH
Who's pounced upon and bounced uponI
When his day's work is throughH
Whose trousers know the gentle tugF
Of some glad little totJ
The baby of his crew of loveK
Is wealthier than a lotJ
-
Oh be he poor and sore distressedL
And weary with the fightM
If with a whoop his healthy troopN
Run welcoming at nightM
And kisses greet him at the endO
Of all his toiling grimP
With what is best in life he's blestL
And rich men envy himP
