Biography of Clara Kelley

I was born an Ohioan
And for that I was proud
I always loved my poet kin
and was quiet, never loud

I believe in equality for all
Animal and human alike
Some think me a crazy goof ball
But it's just compassion I have and like

I like to think about nature and life
And so I became a poet
With the world I have great strife,
So I express as a poet

I like nature in every form,
and I care not for beauty
For I've been asexual since I was born
And in that I find true beauty

I like to travel around the world
Especially in France
This is my favorite country because
Je parle francais!
