People Who Must Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGHB

I painted on the roof of a skyscraperA
I painted a long while and called it a day's workB
The people on the corner swarmed and the traffic cop's whistle never let up all afternoonC
They were the same as bugs many bugs on their wayD
These people on the go or at a standstillE
And the traffic cop a spot of blue a splinter of brassF
Where the black tids ran around himG
And he kept the street I painted a long whileH
And called it a day's workB
