Child Moon Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCADEFBGH

The child's wonderA
At the old moonB
Comes back nightlyC
She points her fingerA
To the far silent yellow thingD
Shining through the branchesE
Filtering on the leaves a golden sandF
Crying with her little tongue See the moonB
And in her bed fading to sleepG
With babblings of the moon on her little mouthH
