O Mother, Why Are You Silent?

O mother, O mother, why are you silent?
Society is silent, person less
Ethics have been lost, people have become inhuman.
Shamelessness makes noise
The rivers of the country have become water less
O mother, O mother, why are you silent?

Illiterate people are letter-less
Countless people without food
Eyes are silent and emotionless?
Havoc all around
Why you want to destroy the whole mankind?
O mother, O mother, why are you silent?

Individuals became self centered
Gross society without personality
All the people became cheeky, separated from the whole society
Changed the ideology, abandoned the reading
Dignity is all destroyed
Why do you snatch away the life?
O mother, O mother, why are you silent?

Call of society, pick up weapons
Give the edge of life, request for forgiveness
Bless the lives of troubled people
O mother, O mother, why are you silent?
O mother, O mother, why are you silent?
