The Greatest Miracle

The ungrateful man prays
Dear God,
I seek your blessings
I need your miracle in the tough times
I pray for knowledge and power
I pray to be a great person
Heal and make me strong
I pray for more money
To build mansions and buy cars
I pray for all that is good

But why pray for all these
Why crave for material possessions
To satisfy worldly pleasures
For what so is knowledge
How great is one who has not
What use is of money
Do the dead have power
Does he who lies in the casket carry it
What is so greater than living
For what is all without life
The greatest miracle you ever need
Why not thank God, you ungrateful man
For the fact that you're alive
