Back To Sleep
Were we ever asleep?
I wonder...
And if we were, was it deep?
I ponder...
But I quit answering
From sleep we were brought forth
Nowhere but unto the unknown
And as the judge sit at the court
Our destiny may be well known
A life of torments and happy days
And as to whether good or bad
We tried our best to live our ways
But now, enough we've had
And I yearn to go back
One day to the unknown deep
Where my destiny will unpack
And forever, I go back to sleep
