Bunches Of Fruits

I was eating the sun biting mouthfuls of it,
From corners of my lips the juice of red rays dropping:
The gypsy loneliness, which wanders in the forest-haunts,
Strayed into my presence…

Fruits are the cruel beasts that hunt time,
Eyes are the kites that fly in the blue skies,
Kisses are echoes that stroke my cheeks,
To punish the chattering flowers
I flung my silence over them;

Before him who sculptures life out of earth,
Before him who bends lines out of space,
Forms kneel-
The sky imprisoned in the zero,
Dreams of the straight line
Bathing in the colours of sunrises and sunsets-
