I Can Stand Alone

I can stand alone
Those days are gone
When I would search for company
Now I self accompany

I know I am not perfect
But will strive for it
I am aware that flaws are part of me
but I let go of my flaws

Being as versatile as I am
I move on without any regrets
I choose to smile over tears
I choose to happiness over sorrows
I choose to try though thorns prick
I choose to be positive
Because thorns have roses
