Ode To The Bowl

My jolly bowl, you inspire me to write.
I love the way you skip, slither and look,
Invading my mind day and through the night,
Always dreaming about the textbook brook.

Let me compare you to a little sky?
You are more caring, yellow and active.
Sheer drought dries the light picnics of July,
And summertime has the photorefractive.

How do I love you? Let me count the ways.
I love your fingers, hands and attitude.
Thinking of your daring hands fills my days.
My love for you is the romantic jude.

Now I must away with a glaring heart,
Remember my mean words whilst we're apart.
