Old Age

Once I’ve been young like you,
Strong and energetic to do anything;
Sooner or later you will be like me,
Weak and without energy to hold our body.

Bending and walking with cane stick ,
Second person support to withstand,
The power of metabolic system weaken,
To eat, chew & digest solid foods.

Beautiful & solid body withered with wrinkles ,
Thus losing memory & weight,
Speak & becoming like child,
It is one of the greatest suffering of human realm.

Everyone had to go through this phenomenal stage,
Weather you like it or not.
Every days make you grow old,
You cannot escape from old age ,
Unless you die young,
Respect and help elderly.
