Song For My Daughter

Tender she breeds no sting
To heart she bears no string
Softly she treads her ground
Perfect she fits her ground
Lowly but gracefully
She wins the hearts fully.

Softly gently she goes
Notwithstanding the woes
Untainted seed she forms
Like earth to us informs
Us well to feel this gem
We love with great esteem

Of utmost the affection
Love without defection
Eyes peep out emeralds
So they named Emelda
Behind clouds hides rainbow
Arrow without a bow.

Yet she shines like a pearl
Fallen from heaven’s Earl
To the Lord she devotes
Her life she promotes.
The nightingale smarts up
The song for Emelda
