Candidate Number

As I sit on the desk,
I see you resting like a disk.
On my table you sit,
I think you are sick.

As I write lies on the paper.
You are supposed to whisper.
I believe you are a member,
One to remember.

As I submit the paper.
I realise I did the work alone.
You are just a piece of paper,
Representing me .

Why didn't you whisper ?
I thought I will prosper.
And I will write in a way that is proper.

Anyway you are just a fellow.
Where you go in the exam room I will follow.
But your heart is not soft like marshmallow.
You left me no hope for tomorrow.
Because your help I couldn't borrow.
My candidate number.
