When you are angry breathe in and out.

When you are angry you do all sorts of things.
You scream, shout and fling everything.

When you unleash the fire,
Anger will never take you higher.

So calm yourself down,
Turn that frown upside down.

Forgive the person who made you sad,
Maybe one day they will make you glad.

Cage the rage,
