Yet the black man wants to live with the white man peacefully.

Every day the white man lives in a state of dread and confusion.
When the white man recalls his heinous deeds, he panics and trembles.

The white man thinks the black man will avenge the oppression of his people,
But the black man does not harbour resentment for the white man.

The white man has painted a misleading picture of the black man,
So we must clear the name of the black man and expose the white man’s deceit.

The black man does not have a history of kidnapping the white man,
Neither does the black man have a history of enslaving the white man.

The black man does not have a history of perpetrating cruelty against the white man,
Neither does the black man have a history of selling the white man like cattle.

The black man does not have a history of regarding the white man as a monkey,
Neither does the black man have a history of calling the white man, “Boy.”

The black man does not have a reputation for deceiving the white man,
Neither does the black man have a reputation for depriving the white man of justice.

The black man does not have a history of building a system of apartheid,
Neither does the black man have a history of encouraging racial discrimination.

The black man does not have a history of killing the white man in cold blood,
Neither does the black man have a reputation of being revengeful.

The black man does not have a history of stealing the white man’s land,
Neither does the black man have a history of stealing the white man’s treasure.

The black man does not have a reputation for scorning the white man,
Neither does the black man have a reputation for bullying the white man.

The black man does not have a history of brainwashing the white man,
Neither does the black man have a history of teaching the white man falsehood.

The white man has been keeping down the black man for centuries.
