In The Hopper

With a tremble of your whisper
Now I wonder my inner flicker.
If you roll me in your dirt
Would we sparkle in the dust?

Why your gods are counting stars?
Craving after what it lasts?
Let me dig inside a tale
Promising ourselves, without fail.

Ripped apart by your soul's mysteries,
I'm mumbling inside to confess
With a kind of gratitude
His story{history} could be us!
