Die Sunflowers
You golden sunflowers,
Tenderly inclined toward death,
You sisters full of humility
In such stillness
Helian's year
Of mountainous coolness ends.
Then his drunken forehead
Pales from kisses
Amid those golden
Flowers of gloom
The spirit is determined
By silent sinisterness.
