Exam Anxiety
That sad moment
I lack words to comment
How thwart the system was
Looking at the young elites
Who wore the whites
But now gloom they are
They read day and night
Their lamps being tight
Their aim was high
To score it big
Now they are mourning
Their grades unbalanced
Their parents were alert
To rebuke and light
But up the wall
I saw a mark
Guess what!
Some words were closed
That sad morning
The news widespread
From west to east
But what of siren
Some rumors of suicide!
They sacrificed the elites.
