Each Life Converges To Some Centre
680
Each Life Converges to some Centre-
Expressed-or still-
Exists in every Human Nature
A Goal-
Embodied scarcely to itself-it may be-
Too fair
For Credibility's presumption
To mar-
Adored with caution-as a Brittle Heaven-
To reach
Were hopeless, as the Rainbow's Raiment
To touch-
Yet persevered toward-sure-for the Distance-
How high-
Unto the Saint's slow diligence-
The Sky-
Ungained-it may be-by a Life's low Venture-
But then-
Eternity enable the endeavoring
Again.
