Dream

All my life I had a vision,
The best of realisation,
Then it turned into an ambition,
To many it's an illusion,
But I don't care about their reason,

It's true am not the same,
I don't stake in fame,
To me life is a game,
A hotshot player paints a name,
I hope I make it,amen,

I dream of driving road stars,
Hanging out with rock stars,
Drinking and smoking with pop stars,
Live to fifty to see my junior stars,
Travel on earth in boosters,

Don't tell me it's vanity,
My goals are divinity,
Some think I have lost my sanity,
These words kill my little sister's serenity,
But sail my soul above fraternity.

Poet's note: Majority of people happen to dream and admire to live certain kind of lives defined by success academically, socially or even economically. In honor of these feelings, I saw it good to write this poem so that people who have such dreams can relate and get inspired to work hard and achieve them.
