Boxed

Am I trapped in my life?
Some would say yes.
Decisions had to be made
And a side had to be chosen

Someday I might be able to break put the box
Throw down the chains and the locks
Explore a hidden side of me
I may even feel freer than free.

But responsibilities outweigh the desires of the one
Learned alternative ways to have some fun.

Trapped is not the word...
Boxed in would strike a better cord.
If I think about it too much
I might remember the crush

I don't really know
My thoughts have gone to and frow
I will probably get a chance one day
Or so they say...
