My Saviour
A warming smile
could run a thousand miles.
A heart, sweet and pure
just like these of fruit.
Loving and caring all his days
and still finding the ways
to broken hearts hidden
accross the oceans of Earth.
He mixes waves and
rainbows to combine
a soul with love and
senses of freedom.
He gave me laughter.
He gave me freedom.
He gave me a whole heart.
He gave me a new soul.
A man with dignity and grace
stole a pearl in the night
from the broken clam hidden deep
accross the oceans of Earth

Poet's note: I wrote this poem to someone very special to me that helped me through difficult situations. I want to express the feeling of love, caring and friendship within this poem. This poem helped me notice that from the sorrow of the past, there will always be someone waiting to save you from your sorrows in the future.
