Fading Love

Hearts are loosing love
It's now seen to be felt by only fools
Whose hearts will be broken to no amendment

Hearts are now love repellents
Romance remains an illusion in the minds
Betrayal is now new love

Love is now a prank used to get our lustful desires
Now diluted to nothing close to affection
Hearts are no longer pure enough to carry it


Why is it that true love is not given a chance to sprout
We are scared to love because we see it all ends the same way
Like its always meant to rip the soul to shreds
