Unexpected Zest

In the most unexpected convocation,
Uninvited you showed up,
In timidity and hesitation,
I considered it a misstep.
You still wouldn't trip,
Your mind was set,
So was your heart.
To me you were sent,
By who I know not,
How persistent?
Out you'd be shut,
Again you'd knock.
Admissive of a stalk
For a long time you'd watch,
From a distance to approach,
What is it you want?
To be rude isn't my intent,
It's my trust I lost.
Unaware I'm caught,
Not for long to resist,
You'd rather take a sit,
Sure you deserve it.
Let's talk!
