A Walk Through Generations

From my soul to yours
From my past to your future
Let our futures hold hands.

From our homes, our kids
Our brothers, sisters and partners
We have no home without families
We have no hope
We have no faith
We're alone.

From our minds to our societies
From our hearts to theirs
We're just an Island
That can be washed down
And drown from a hurricane
We're swayed by fear
We're afraid to love
Without people to help
We're unknowingly helpless.

From your past to my present
Educate me to be decent
And my future shall be on your name
For generations to come
A decent way to be a human!
