Winter Love

Can someone love
Near a glistening falls,
Just like a hard deodar
Which allows its leaves to fall
To embrace the sunshine of a winter morn?

Sprinkles of sparkling water
Makes its way over the pebbles
Just like the amber rays of sun
Which lie over the tanned bark
On which sits a dulcet lark.

But oh my lover! You're like a conifer,
That doesn't yield to the the harsh winter.
Green you are, forever standing on snow
Never allowing gales to let your leaves blow.
I'm your amber rays , I'm your dulcet lark,
Waiting to touch and embrace your heart.
