Who

Seke Bharu

You saw me yesterday, the day before
You saw me today, then the day after
May be ever after, may be to eternity
You will always see, what and how I am
Bet you will never know who I am.

My book is intact, pages one to infinity
Print clear and indelible
Words diction able, language comprehensible
It’s just what I say, only words from a loud mouth
Bet you will never understand who I am.

I so much wanted to understand Aristotle
So I opened the pages of his thought
Yet I still don’t know who he was
Just a great philosopher, a thinking genius
Guess nobody will ever know, who they are.

My world rumbles, stumping madness
There is confusion and diffusion
I am caught up in the scramble
To get to the place I desire
Just a series of dreams in my little head
Guess I may never know who the heck I am.
Sometimes I think I am a fool
Then they ask, why do fools fall in love
Well, they have hearts of gold
I have a diamond for mine
Rubies and sapphires don’t describe who I am.
