Africa! oh Africa!!! Black Africa!
Eyes lifted to the skies and chin resting in Palm as I debate and wrestle my own mind.
Mind buffling and beyond rational acceptance lay the facts that seem only changeable by "divine cohession"
Am I losing my sanity or is it normalcy for royals to preceed their horses with slaves on it?
Could this be because the kings sold their authority to their slaves for just a morsel?
If so then the appetite of the African is more powerful than his mind hence the lack of thinking at the slightest ignition of appetite.
Maybe it's this uncontrollable appetite that made kings sell off their children into slavery without reasoning.
Or makes 60 year olds unduely influence 18 year olds into s** in exchange for grades or jobs.
Or better still makes a leader gift away a whole natural resource reserved for future generations just for a few notes....
If so then the apetite of the African is verily verily his curse and doom and hence that cunning intelligence of the slave to cook such a spicy meal with such great aroma..
But maybe the king lost his power because he lacks knowledge" of his reign which the slave has "studied" all his life.
Is he unaware of the great riches disguised in mud which he posesses in unlimited volumes?
Is it normal to trade a fully matured bull for a pound of beef?
If so the saying " for the lack of knowledge people perish" could have gained it's origin from Africa..
"Experience is the best Teacher" they say but why do we still pay prices today for lessons we learnt centuries ago..
What happened to the bitter lessons we learnt from yesterday?
In 1918 Ghana lost over 100,000 people to Spanish flu and 100 years later the resurgence of a strange flu...
Will the Black man still look up to the" aide" for a "miracle"_as they did in 1918 or will he take advantage of the experiences of those who prevailed?
Oh I forgot Ghana is beyond aide therefore hopes arise.
Will he revive himself from the curse of ignorance and face the enemy head on, intelligently and wisely...?
Will he willingly protect his life or act a bull, waiting for the whip to be cracked before he distances himself from this unseen enemy ?
Will he study as the slave did his enemy and the modus operandi to appreciate a worthy weapon of defence or simply go to war blindly....?
Will he proactively lay seige and ambush to save many or reactively trail after his enemy, gathering the carcasses left behind?
It's a new Dawn...
An Opportunity has knocked on Africa's doors disguised as a problem.
The spotlight has been shifted unto Africa,
Many say Africa's streets will be covered with dead bodies others say Africa will fall deeper, but what does the African say..
will He reclaim his lost throne or is the curse truely only breakable by divine enforcement. ?
If by Divine enforcement then I say let the oracle's assume office..
