The mind is ignorant & conscious too,
Mind has a ability to judge mind itself,
When the ignorant mind overcomes you,
The conscious mind emerges & make you conscious.
In meditation we try to control our mind by focusing on something,
Somehow the mind moves away from the point of focus,
Knowing that mind is no longer in the centre of attention,
We try to put back on it,
That is the consciousness of mind.
