Soul, Wilt Thou Toss Again?

Emily Dickinson

139

Soul, Wilt thou toss again?
By just such a hazard
Hundreds have lost indeed-
But tens have won an all-

Angel's breathless ballot
Lingers to record thee-
Imps in eager Caucus
Raffle for my Soul!
