Ladies features sketched against the vivid canvas of my mind.
Such gentle strokes left and painted with forget-me-nots.
Golden brushes of hair which intermingle with morning sun.
Tinted cheeks displayed with blossom-pink.
Lips that smile openly and frame strokes of endless white.
Eyes of misty blue,longing and so lovely,
that I could almost touch with finger tips.
O' those painted memories, the work of only an artists impression.
Only a portrait created to preserve through the ages of Time.
The transformation of a thought into a resembling image,
Escaping changeability to capture an eternal remembrance.
