Off Metropolitan(a Tom And Jerry Story)

Aramide Opeolu

°°°°In a metropolitan domicile lived two critters,
one tiny, as mulish as a mule
and the other, strong-willed, as cold as in the winters,

Said he, the short one "I rule"
and watched the strong-willed mutters
once lay bound, now stood as a stool
then scuttled across the street of the metropolitans
with the mulish, scampering helter-skelter, obdurate fools°°°°

°°°°I watched the sprog dine in laughter
seeing Tom and Jerry, sprint towards the mesial middle
and fell both on a boulevard skate, "Vroom" says the car
with an halted break, the car horned in riddles
and mangled the duo, but not with a scar °°°°
