When We Set Sail
As we crossed the shallow sea,
we fall not even in the speedy wave.
I knew not when we set sail,
But I could see two sailors.
One watches out for danger,
Hectic the other was with the paddle.
Alas, this watcher drowned!
In lieu of tears I blink.
For the sailor and the watcher,
I say Kudos!
