Chains Do Not Define

Just because they share your blood,
Doesn’t mean you bear the flood.
Lies that twist, and chaos near,
Do not command the life you steer.

Drama’s fire, manipulation’s snare,
Disrespect that fouls the air—
Family is not a chain,
You are free to break the pain.

Raise your voice, let courage sing,
Boundaries are a sacred ring.
Love is earned, not forced by ties,
Truth is where real kinship lies.

Choose the circle, strong and true,
Where hearts give back the love they knew.
Blood may whisper, but hearts decide,
Respect is where real kinship resides.
