If people could see
What is really inside of me
They would find my true identity
Sometimes I wish people could see inside of me

They would find a girl
A hurting girl
A girl who wants to belong
And feel like she was just strong
A girl who feels scared and confused
Who does not wish to again be used

Im sure people would agree
The outside doesn’t define the insides identity

A lonely girl
Who pretends she doesn’t care
Which makes people judge her unfair
But don’t be quick to judge her
