Hi, hi lonely tree
Will you listen to my story
A story about her whom i
Can’t seem to forget
Hi, hi lonely tree
Here I am next to you
Holding the rain that soon
Falls to the ground till morning come
Hi, hi lonely tree
would you help me
Help me to forget
The pain that I felt inside.
Even when the sun woke up
Even when the moon came up
Even when rain falls on a summer day
Will you take the pain for me today.
