Knowledge

Knowledge is Wisdom,
The intellect that sees us through,
The philosophy that helps us decide,
In the life you see for you.

Fate it has no bearing,
For survival is our main aim,
The ability to procreate,
Immortality cemented only in thy name.

Hindrances they are many.
But our paths are set in stone,
The continued question we may ask ourselves,
Upon this universe are we alone?

So if your light is fading,
As you see no clear end in sight,
Reignite that flame within your soul,
Which teaches us from wrong to right.

For if God had all the answers,
Wrote out for all to see,
Our thirst for knowledge would be over,
As there'd be no need for eternity.
