Sugar Coated

I want sour that burns my tongue ,
Spice that sets it aflame,
Bitterness that churns my gut,

Sugar coats everything ,
Makes it palatable ,
Easy to stomach ,
You think,"I could stay longer",

I want intensity stripped bare,
The truth raw and jagged ,
Thoughts left unkempt with their stench,

Say it;
" I want you to leave".
