I Lost My Diamond

I lost my diamond
While I was busy collecting stones
That had no value
Yesterday I was busy ,
playing,dancing, shouting screaming about my love,

In a split second my love
Disappeared in the mist,
And I turned to dust
Sleeping in the ashes of shame
with no shape or hope
I never thought it could be gone
Now I feel so helpless all alone
I stand as I watch my dream fade
I searched around

Thinking it must have flow
With the wind
I must have lost my mind
Not knowing the value of a diamond
It was as if my soul was a detective
As it took the parts of my body
To questioning
It was as if I died
After she has gone wild
saying its over

My mind confessed it was amazing having her memories
my hands admitted they have
Never been washed since
They touched her
My eyes has never blinked after I saw her
My thoughts has been living in a dream since they started thinking of her
My heart said it has never felt lonely since it has turned to be her Home
My lips said they get in a vibration mode after I kissed her

I lost my diamond while

That had no value

My pure love vanished
Into thin air
All those previous memories
Have turned cold as ice
Broken like a piece of glass
Wish I had thought twice
Before throwing the dice
Then I wound not be paying the price

Standing here so hopeless
Wishing for forgiveness
I came to life
I wondered into my phone
Searching for her memories
Nothing was there,
not even her name
What was I thinking
To act like a fool
Then I heard a voice
Saying look into your heart


I saw my diamond in wish I lost
while I was busy collecting stones
That had no value

It was covered with pages
Of memories,memories of smiles ,memories of kisses ,memories of hugs, memories of tenderness, memories of warmth,joy and laughter

I have placed and saved my diamond in a priceless place
A world I can only dream
Where it can never be found
Or seen and it can never be deleted ,
