Paradise

Going to bed
I put off the light
I was so tired
I needed to rest

The day was hectic
Trying to make ends meet
Traffic down the town
Everyone on the go
Rushing to make sales

"Lunatic, Mad Man"
Echoed in my head
As I remembered the motorist
Who almost knocked down a pedestrian

Falling asleep
I saw a Sheep
Together with a Bull
A Deer, two Lions, an Elephant
Eating straw together

The land is green
Adult and teen
Colllecting fruits
From the farmland

That's Peter coming with John
Oh Jonathan with Kindness
Is that Grandpa playing football?
See! Grandma running for a pass

That's a Bear growling towards me
Run! Run! Run! I thought within
Hyenas started laughing
As the monkey jumped on me

I shut my eyes
Shouting for help
I felt a touch
A cold chill

Opening my eyes
Grandma was beside me
"It's just a dream" she said

I checked the time
It's 5 A M
Oh! Paradise!
I just realized
