Hear God In It

Comfortably i sofa-relaxed in anticipation
of you,
as i changed the childhood's garment into the men's
I always felt you, like the sea breeze
and i knew you will be as cool and refreshing as it
Presenting yourself in my daydreams as a sheep
You got me fooled
I was already into you, i thought you were as smooth as silk

As i advanced in age and got closer,
you presented me a rough end
Like the war fields after war,
so many incidents shouting and fighting for attention
Taking my focus from God,
the God i could see clearly on your other face
But not shouting, a still small voice was also present
in the midst of the shout,
Talking me out of the chaos
But just like it,
I needed to be still and focused to hear HIM
